Soon I’ll find time to write an article about how to discover new music, and one new tool that’ll be mentioned is Shufflr.fm. That’s how I stumbled on this week’s Song for the Weekend.
Posted on Off the Radar – this track is a blast from a disco 2000 past. French duo Pilooski and Pentile are otherwise known as Discodiene and have brought in Jarvis Cocker for a super kitsch disco number, Synchronise.
Amazing 70s style string passages mixed up with house synths and Jarvis Cocker’s intimate vocals and groans are sounds I want to hear all weekend.
